The notebooks measure 3.25" x 4.25" and arrive separate from the labels, some assembly required (attaching the self-stick labels to the notebooks).

The side initials will be printed in lowercase lettering, with the first initial on the left and the second initial on the right side of the monogram initial. The center monogram initial will be printed in uppercase lettering.
